ALL LIVESTOCK ORDERS SENT ON MONDAYSÂ
Livestock Orders to be in by Sunday night, to be sent out on Monday mornings
Live Goods – Flat Rate Australia wide $20 (excluding Toll) Due to biosecurity and state restrictions, we do not ship fish, shrimp, snails & plants to WA, NT or TAS
- In the event of extreme heat or weather events between our place and yours, we may contact you to hold the order until the weather is suitable for shipping.Â
- Orders can be shipped to your home, work or any other physical address you specify (orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes).
- At FISHJUNKY we offer a 100% live delivery guarantee on all our fish, plants and other aquatic life. In the unfortunate instance if something in your order arrives dead, please take a photo of it in the shipping bag and we will arrange a refund or replacementÂ
- Freight/Postage costs are Non-Refundable & are not able to be claimed.
