MICROWORM STARTER GUIDE

LIST:
- Dried Yeast (1 level tsp)
- Container with lid (ie takeaway container)
- Needle
- 150g Rolled Oats
- 200mls Water (dechlorinated) 
Step 1: Use the Needle to poke holes into the lid for oxygen
Step 2: Mix the oats, water and yeast together in the container, allow to soak 
Step 3: Mix in 1 teaspoon of the starter culture and put the lid on and wait
